Pasture Candle
The summer after 6th grade was one of those lovely, slow summers where the air was warm and still. I often wandered out to the far pastures where the horses grazed during the day. They lazily swished at flies and ate the grass that was knee deep. On these adventures I’d sit to watch them, with my head barely peeking through the grass. The heat and the song of grasshoppers would then lull me to sleep and I’d wake up an hour or so later, the horses careful to have not stepped on me.
This candle is infused with natural essential oils including orange, lemongrass, and citronella.
Note Profile:
Top: Lemongrass, Bergamot, Orange
Middle: Green Tea, Jasmine, Plum
Base: Clean Musk, Chrysanthemum, Cedarwood
Burn Time: 9oz candle - about 60 hours, 4oz candle - about 30 hours

All candles are hand poured in to rustic amber jars with a brass lid in our studio in Sullivan, WI. The amber jars are reminiscent of saddle leather with the lids to emulate the brass hardware on bridles.

You weren't born in a barn so never leave a burning candle unattended. For optimal burning experience trim wicks to 1/4" before lighting.
